What books are you reading during social distancing?

I have to give a shout out to my cousin, Bridget, who used the term corona-cation in an Instagram post. I’m stealing it, because, it’s a great, positive way to look at what is currently surrounding us in the days of social distancing, quarantines, plans being canceled and a whole lot of anxiety.

There’s another silver lining to this corona-cation, as some reach for the binge watching of Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and other outlets, we readers line up a book stack and start gobbling up stories like Oreos. Summer reading so far

Hello everyone! I apologize that it’s been a while since my last post — life has gotten away from me, or at least my to-do list! So, let’s catch up with what I’ve been reading so far this summer. It hasn’t been an incredibly productive reading summer so far, but I’m OK with that. Since the Summer Solstice, I have read five books, which I’ll detail here: This Man Confessed; Every Day; From the Corner of the Oval; Daisy Jones & The Six; and finally, American Prison: A Reporter’s Undercover Journey into the Business of Punishment.

Welcome to book reviews, the remix! It seems like you guys didn’t mind my on-air appearance running down all the books in one video, so we’ll go with that! I have been negligent in posting a book reviews post in March, hence why it looks like I read many more books than I in fact did in the month!
